Within the framework of preparation of measures aimed at modernization and equipping of the emergency medical care system, as well as in the context of implementing priority areas of international cooperation, the Republican Scientific Center for Emergency Medical Care is conducting market research to determine the initial (indicative) price of medical equipment.
Appendix No. 1 contains the list of medical equipment and preliminary quantities planned for procurement.
Appendix No. 2 provides the form for submission of the commercial offer, including price and delivery terms.
For the purposes of technical calibration of the proposed equipment and determination of the procurement budget, we kindly request you to submit your commercial offer together with supporting materials (certificates, registration documents, user manuals, catalogs, brochures, etc.) to the following email addresses: emspiuida@gmail.com and emsequipments@gmail.com, no later than 14:00 (Tashkent time) on 10 February 2026.
The commercial offer should specify the price, product name, country of origin/manufacturer, and warranty period.
Official distributors of manufacturing plants that are not manufacturers themselves shall, at the stage of final tender procedures, submit an authorization letter or an official agreement from the manufacturer.
Delivery terms: CIP (Tashkent).
Payment terms (for both domestic and foreign suppliers):
− 10% advance payment upon submission of a bank guarantee for the advance payment and a bank performance guarantee in the amount of 10% of the Contract value.
− 80% by a documentary irrevocable letter of credit.
− 10% after installation and training, and upon submission of a bank performance guarantee in the amount of 5% of the Contract value.
