To the attention entrepreneurs and investors!
As initially announced at the PPP Round Table event held on 29 February in Tashkent, The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan is planning to implement the construction and management project (hereinafter referred to as the Project) of the approximately 1,200-bed "Multidisciplinary Modern Medical Center" on the basis of public-private partnership on 9.8 hectares of free space in the territory of Tashkent Medical Academy.
The project of this medical center was developed on the basis of best international standards and is planned to be a model for treatment and rehabilitation centers in Uzbekistan.
Furthermore, the main goal of the project is to create a compact, yet fully functioning medical institution in terms of treatment and diagnostic infrastructure, which can play the role of a central link in the formation of a medical cluster.
At the same time, it is planned to provide latest technology and modern medical equipment includingMRT, CT, angiography, digital X-ray, ultrasound, mammograph, densinometry apparatus, etc., auxiliary equipment (for laundry and kitchen) and IT Network Infrastucture and software.
The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan considers the proposals of entrepreneurs regarding the implementation of the Project and invites them to cooperate on the basis of public-private partnership.
The private partner will benefit from the growing market in the country and will have the opportunity to participate in one of the public-private partnership projects implemented in the country.
The selection of a private partner for the project is based on the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Public-Private Partnership", the Decision of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Measures for the Development of Public-Private Partnership in the Healthcare Sector" dated April 16, 2019 PQ-4290 and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On improving the procedure for the implementation of public-private partnership projects" will be implemented according to the requirements of the decision No. 259 of April 26, 2020.
The expression of interests for the implementation of the project should be sent to the following e-mail addresses, including capability statements and Hospital PPP experiences of the investors until 7 June 2024.
