Since the beginning of 2023, the market has been improved by entrepreneur Safarov Muzaffar, who has been actively working on organizing trading activities. Currently, the market is managed by "Bobirshox Mirolim" LLC and is one of the most active and solid marketplaces in our district.
About 60 farmers from various regions of the province bring their discounted products to the market for sale to the public. Around 20 entrepreneurs conduct regular trading activities. Additionally, the LLC employs 10 full-time workers.
Entrepreneurs are expanding their activities and launching new projects by utilizing preferential loans allocated for agricultural markets.
Recently, the district governor’s first deputy Bahodir Salomov and the head of the Department for Poverty Reduction and Employment Assistance Nazir Bekov conducted an on-site study of the market’s operations at the Chandir mahalla.
During the study, existing problems were identified, including farmers trading while sitting on the ground, lack of comfortable conditions, and shortcomings in sanitary and hygiene standards. Important tasks were set to find practical solutions to these issues.
The district administration has given clear instructions to the market management to build modern pavilions, improve infrastructure, and create comfortable and safe conditions for entrepreneurs. This will not only raise trading culture but also contribute to the social well-being of the population.
The agricultural market in Chandir today is proving its worth and has the potential to become an even more modern trading center in the future. Such initiatives, supported by the state’s policy of supporting mahallas and entrepreneurship, are undoubtedly important steps towards our country’s economic development and improving citizens’ welfare.
