Assalamu alaikum, dear participants of the briefing!
In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-223 dated December 20, 2024 “On measures to establish a new system of ensuring high economic growth and employment in the regions and increase the role and responsibility of local khokimiyats in this regard”, the following work was carried out in the district in the 1st quarter of 2025:

1. On the development of industry
The growth rate of industrial output was achieved by 109.5%.
Small production projects were implemented in 2 non-industrialized neighborhoods. Micro projects were implemented in Sintob and Nurobod MFYs.
The organization of micro-industrial centers (Gijduvan experience) in 1 neighborhood (a project for the production of sewing and knitted products by Kubaeva Gulnora)
18.2 hectares of vacant land in industrial zones were used for projects.
Vacant land in special economic zones There are 7 new projects to land plots.
2. For agricultural development
The growth rate of agricultural products was fulfilled by 106.7%.
37.98 hectares of new intentive gardens and vineyards have been built.
12.2 hectares are planted in the edges of the field.

533.7 Attach exporters to clusters, clusters and farmers, the planting of lenders in lands around the neighborhoods, channels and channel collectors, apartments and multi-storey houses.
42 agricultural machinery and units were purchased.

3. On the development of the construction industry
The volume of construction work was 35.4% of the forecom.
1 Land plots occupied by arbitrarily and objects built on them were surveyed.
1.3 billion soums were financed based on public opinion (within the framework of the "open budget").
The appearance of houses in 15 neighborhoods was improved.
7 km of projects were implemented to improve the condition of public roads.
50 households were connected to the drinking water network.
The level of centralized drinking water supply was 91.1 percent.
84 consumers were installed with electricity meters.
34 road signs and indicators were installed on roads and streets.
4. Development of the service sector
The growth rate of market services was 111.3 percent.
48 youth were trained in foreign languages and IT skills within the framework of the "Seven programmers in one neighborhood" project trained.
167 young people were trained within the framework of the “One Million Programmers” project.
73.74 km of fiber optic communication lines were expanded in settlements.
2 new base stations were installed and existing ones were modernized.
6.9 thousand local and foreign tourists were attracted
0.002 million dollars of tourism services were exported.
1 Mahalla service company was established.
5. On the development of exports and investments
The implementation of investments in fixed capital was completed by 197.3%.
The export volume amounted to 6.6 million dollars.
10 investment projects were launched.
The export volume of “IT” services amounted to 0.017 million dollars.
The export of tourism services was increased by 0.13 million dollars.
6. Creation of favorable conditions for the development of entrepreneurship
1 “Champion” Entrepreneurs' activities were expanded.
405 Bank clients were worked with and new jobs were created. (Uychi experience)
206 micro-projects were launched in Mahallas (Saykhunabad experience)
11.6 billion soums were allocated as part of entrepreneurship programs.
137 residents were trained in the basics and skills of entrepreneurship.
74 self-employed citizens were transformed into small business entities.
10 informal business entities were legalized.
24.5 hectares of vacant non-agricultural land plots were identified and put up for auction.
11 women were assisted in expanding their businesses.
7. To increase employment and incomes of the population, reduce unemployment and poverty
2.2 thousand people were employed.
108 hidden jobs were created legalized.
173 people were trained in professional and foreign languages.
48 people who wanted to work abroad were trained in professional and foreign languages.
148 people were found candidates who met the requirements of foreign employers and included them in the “Work Abroad” platform.
75 people were sent abroad in an organized manner.
136 low-income migrants (with a salary of less than $ 1 thousand) were returned and provided with jobs.
103 people were provided with employment for people with disabilities.
195 people were provided with assistance to young people in difficult social situations through the “Youth Notebook”.
29 women leaders were trained to connect women in need and earn an income.
12 needy women without breadwinners were assisted.

8. On the introduction of green principles and approaches.
15 Green Houses were established.
1,087,000 trees and shrubs were planted within the framework of the national project “Green Space”.
168,500 plots of land attached to social and state organizations were covered with a “green belt”, “green area” or “green zone”.
1,540 plots of land attached to multi-storey buildings and residential buildings were covered with a “green belt”, “green area” or “green zone”.
2 hectares of neighborhood parks were created.
57,231 residents were covered with solid household waste collection services. (as of the end of the reporting period).
9. Development of the social sphere
The level of coverage of children aged 3-7 with preschool education (as of the end of the reporting period) was 80.8 percent.
New non-state kindergartens with 50 places were launched.
65 managers and teaching staff were trained.
The share of teachers with a foreign language certificate (B2 and above) in schools was 40 percent (as of the end of the reporting period).
The level of involvement of schoolchildren in the circles of the “Barkamol Avlod” children's schools (as of the end of the reporting period) was 4.6 percent.
4,663 young people were involved in the “Five Initiatives Olympiad” competitions and activities aimed at meaningful organization of free time.
3,811 young people were involved in the “Ibrat”, “Mutolaa”, “Ustoz AI”, “Kizlar Akademi” projects.
92 people were involved in circles at Cultural Centers.
12 concerts and cultural events were organized.
33 people were involved in adaptive sports.
The level of coverage of children with disabilities with education and social services (as of the end of the reporting period) was 86.5 percent.
6 people were integrated into society by orphans and children deprived of parental care.
4 people were covered by social services for victims of oppression and violence.
1,100 women aged 30-65 were screened for breast cancer.
1,300 women aged 30-50 were screened for cervical cancer.
509 pregnant women were screened for prenatal screening.
5422 people aged 40 and older were examined for cardiovascular diseases.
3921 people aged 40 and older were examined for diabetes mellitus.
22 patients with diabetes mellitus were provided with medical care.
20 patients were covered with hemodialysis treatment.
7485 people aged 18-40 underwent preventive examinations.
51.0 million soums worth of medical institutions were equipped with necessary equipment.

The share of trainers and teachers with higher education in sports schools (as of the end of the reporting period) was 9.4 percent.
Work is being carried out to increase the number of 30 athletes.
