On October 13, 2026, a press conference was held at the Committee for Sanitary and Epidemiological Welfare and Public Health, focusing on ensuring transparency in state sanitary supervision, preventing corruption, and protecting the rights of citizens and entrepreneurs.
During the event, representatives of the mass media were informed about the purpose, procedures for use, and practical capabilities of 725 tablets and 725 special body cameras purchased to digitalize supervisory processes.
The main objectives of introducing these devices are to ensure objectivity and transparency during inspections, document identified violations electronically, reduce risks associated with the human factor, and prevent corruption.
Special attention was given to the importance of body cameras in supervisory activities. These devices enable employees’ actions during inspections to be recorded through audio and video, help clarify potential disputes, and ensure the objectivity of supervisory procedures.
The draft regulations establish procedures for wearing and using body cameras, transferring recorded data to a dedicated server, and storing the information. In particular, audio and video recordings are предусмотрены to be retained for one year.
The purchased tablets will be used to enter information about violations identified during supervisory activities into the “E-ma’muriy ish” information system and to prepare the relevant documents electronically.
This will make it possible to enter information about violations into the system, generate administrative offence reports, and forward the relevant documents to authorized departments. As a result, the consistency of document processing and the level of accountability will be improved.
Procedures have been developed for using body cameras and tablets, maintaining their technical functionality, storing recorded data, and accessing and handling such information.
The document sets out the rules for operating the devices, measures to ensure data confidentiality, procedures to be followed in the event of technical malfunctions, and employees’ responsibilities in carrying out their official duties.
Employees have undergone specialized training on the use of the devices. Currently, work is underway to distribute the equipment across the regions and organize its practical implementation.
At the end of the event, journalists had the opportunity to receive answers to their questions and learn more about the role of new technologies in state sanitary supervision.
This initiative aims to strengthen transparency and accountability in supervisory processes, prevent corruption, and protect the legitimate interests of citizens and entrepreneurs.
