Committee for Sanitary and Epidemiological Well-Being and Public Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan

Today, a field reception was held at the People’s Reception Office in Navoi city by Botirjon Kurbanov, Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Sanitary and Epidemiological Welfare and Public Health under the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan, with the participation of citizens, entrepreneurs, and sector employees.

During the field reception, applicants raised issues concerning challenges in the field of sanitary and epidemiological welfare, problems encountered in conducting entrepreneurial activities, matters related to compliance with sanitary and hygienic requirements, as well as other issues related to the sector’s activities.

The appeals were heard directly on site, and the substance and underlying causes of each issue were examined. The applicants were provided with relevant explanations regarding the applicable procedures and legal requirements.

Requests were received regarding additional incentives for young professionals based on their work performance, practical assistance with vaccinating the child of a socially vulnerable person against hepatitis A, assistance with registering residential property in the cadastral system, and support in obtaining a conclusion on premises for opening a private dental clinic.

The issues raised by 9 applicants were examined, and relevant instructions and recommendations were given to the responsible specialists to ensure their resolution.

In addition, for certain appeals, it was decided to conduct on-site examinations and, where necessary, take practical measures in cooperation with the relevant organizations.

The implementation of the issues raised during the field reception has been placed under the control of the relevant specialists. Particular attention is being paid to ensuring lawful and practical solutions to citizens’ appeals.

Citizens’ appeals are an important tool for identifying problems, examining them in a timely manner, and finding practical solutions.
