Our country is carrying out large-scale efforts to strengthen the family institution and create a healthy environment for the happiness and upbringing of children. In this regard, the Rishtan District Office of the Bureau not only works to recover alimony debts but also actively reconciles divorced couples and restores family unity.
Thanks to such benevolent efforts, many children are given the chance to live happily again with their parents. Family disputes and divorces affect not only the spouses but also the children — the future of our nation.
In the first 14 days of August, 28 families were reconciled in Rishtan District. As a result, more than 50 children returned to the care of their parents.
For example, according to the decision of the Rishtan Interdistrict Court dated October 25, 2013, debtor M.E. was obliged to pay alimony to E.M. for one child. After discussions held at the Bureau, on August 11, 2025, the family reconciled, and now two children will live with their parents again.
Similarly, according to the civil court’s order dated July 31, 2025, Yu.Z. was ordered to pay alimony for two children. After preventive explanatory work, this family was also reconciled, and the enforcement proceedings were closed.
According to J.B. Yuldashev, Head of the Rishtan District Bureau, such initiatives will continue regularly, as every reconciled family means the safeguarded future, happiness, and well-being of several children.
