Adminstration of the Rishtan District, Ferghana Region

A seminar was organized at the Department of Culture of Rishton District in cooperation with youth leaders and representatives of the “Mahalla Seven” on the topic: “The Experience of Quvasoy City and Bagdad District in Preventing Citizens’ Appeals and Resolving Problems Directly at the Mahalla Level.”

The seminar was attended by Abdukhoshim Abdullayev, Deputy Head of the Presidential People’s Reception Office in Fergana Region, responsible officials from the region, cities and districts, as well as youth leaders.

During the seminar, participants discussed ways to thoroughly study the causes of citizens’ appeals, identify problems at an early stage and resolve them directly at the mahalla level, as well as organize targeted and systematic work with residents.

Particular attention was paid to strengthening cooperation between youth leaders and representatives of the “Mahalla Seven,” working individually with each household and family, identifying residents’ problems in a timely manner, and ensuring their resolution.

The seminar also presented the practical experience of Quvasoy City and Bagdad District in preventing citizens’ appeals, resolving existing problems at the mahalla level, and establishing effective dialogue with the population.

Following the seminar, proposals and recommendations were put forward to introduce advanced practices in other areas, strengthen open and targeted dialogue with residents, and improve the effectiveness of work with citizens’ appeals.
