It has been decided to reward eminent scholars, famous figures, leaders of the religious sphere, representatives of international organizations and foreign scientists for their exemplary work in preservation.

Those who spoke at this solemn event emphasized that as a result of the work carried out by the leader of our country in the religious and educational sphere, citizens' freedom of conscience, religious and ethnic harmony is ensured, and the establishment of this badge is a clear example of high attention to the religious sphere.
