In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan " On licensing, authorization and notification procedures", the Competition Committee is the authorized body for licensing the activities of commodity exchanges.

The Committee filed a claim for temporary suspension of the license for exchange activities from JSC "Republican Universal Agro-Industrial Exchange", due to incomplete compliance with the established licensing requirements for the implementation of commodity exchange activities.

By a court decision, the license for exchange activities issued by the Competition Committee to JSC "Rеspublikа ko'p tarmoqli agrosаnoаt birjаsi" was suspended for a period of six months.
