Infrastructure improvement works are continuing across Pakhtachi District under the “Participatory Budget” programme.
📍 The project to asphalt Orzu and Halovat streets in Zarafshon Mahalla was declared a winner in the first round of the 2026 “Participatory Budget” programme.
Under the project, the asphalt paving works were completed by NURLI ZAMIN QURILISH LLC.

✅ 3,184 metres — total length of the asphalted roads;
✅ UZS 1 billion 648 million — total project cost;
✅ 2 streets — Orzu and Halovat.
