NATIONWIDE DICTATION EVENT HELD IN PAKHTACHI DISTRICT

A “Nationwide Dictation” event was organised in Pakhtachi District to ensure the implementation of Resolution No. PQ-308 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, dated 20 October 2025, “On Additional Measures for the Further Development of the State Language,” as well as the tasks set out in Letter No. 01-1751 of the Republican Centre for Spirituality and Enlightenment, dated 24 September 2026.
The event was attended by employees of district organisations working with the “Edo.ijro.uz” performance monitoring system, HR managers of general secondary schools under the District Department of Preschool and School Education, and deputy directors of state preschool education organisations.
The primary purpose of the event was to improve employees’ written literacy, promote a higher standard of official documentation in the state language, and further strengthen respect for and appreciation of the Uzbek language.
Following the event, the winners and prize-winners who demonstrated a high level of knowledge and literacy in the dictation were formally presented with commemorative gifts from the Hokimiyat of Pakhtachi District.
The event encouraged participants to become more active, enhanced the prestige of the state language, strengthened written literacy, and contributed to the broader promotion of the role and importance of the Uzbek language in society.
