⚖️ Content and Significance of Supreme Court Plenum Resolutions Explained

A seminar was held in Jahonobod Mahalla of Pakhtachi District with the participation of A. Kholboev, Chairperson of the Pakhtachi District Criminal Court, and D. Eshmatov, Investigating Judge of the District Court.
The event was attended by employees of the district prosecutor’s office and the Department of Internal Affairs, as well as residents of the area.
During the seminar, participants were informed about the content, significance, and practical implications of the following resolutions of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated July 3, 2026:
🔹 Resolution No. 18 — “On the Practice of Courts in Considering Cases on Declaring a Citizen Partially Incapable or Legally Incapacitated”;
🔹 Resolution No. 19 — “On Certain Issues Concerning the Adoption of Measures to Secure a Claim (Preliminary Protection) by Civil, Administrative and Economic Courts”;
🔹 Resolution No. 20 — “On Amendments and Additions to Certain Resolutions of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Plenum of the Supreme Economic Court”.
Detailed explanations were provided on the practical application of the provisions established by these documents and their importance in ensuring the rights and legitimate interests of citizens.
Participants also received legal explanations regarding their questions, while the importance of increasing public awareness of developments in legislation was emphasized.
