During the first 8 months of this year, the Pakhtachi District Department of the Bureau of Enforcement has carried out substantial work to ensure the enforcement of court decisions and decisions of other authorities.
In particular, during the reporting period, enforcement measures were carried out in relation to 34,252 enforcement documents totaling UZS 253.119 billion. Enforcement was completed for 16,490 documents totaling UZS 131 billion, with UZS 64 billion actually recovered. This is UZS 11 billion more than during the same period in 2025.
During this period, enforcement measures were carried out in relation to 18,543 enforcement documents concerning collections in favor of the state, totaling more than UZS 120.762 billion. As a result, final decisions were adopted on 8,913 enforcement documents totaling more than UZS 60.102 billion, and more than UZS 44.315 billion was actually recovered under these documents.
Particular attention is being paid to the systematic and effective enforcement of decisions concerning funds to be collected for the socially significant “Iron Notebook,” “Youth Notebook,” and “Women’s Notebook” programs.
In particular, during the period under review, UZS 1.477 billion was transferred to the relevant “Notebooks.”
In addition, under enforcement documents related to reinstatement at work, 2 citizens who had been unlawfully dismissed were reinstated in their jobs.
Furthermore, as part of enforcement measures related to the recovery of alimony for minor children in need of financial support, more than UZS 9.825 billion in alimony arrears was recovered.
As a result of preventive discussions and measures taken under this category of enforcement documents, 415 families were reconciled.
During joint efforts, 521 unemployed alimony payers were provided with employment, ensuring their economic activity.
At the same time, in order to uphold the rule of law and ensure the inevitability of liability, 46 individuals who deliberately evaded the payment of alimony were held administratively liable under Article 474 of the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Administrative Responsibility, while 5 individuals were held criminally liable under Article 122 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
