Currently, the practice of holding mobile court sessions is expanding within the judicial-legal system to ensure openness and transparency, create convenience for citizens, and enhance the court's accessibility to the public.
📍 One such mobile court session was held under the chairmanship of Dilshod Eshmatov, Investigative Judge of the Pakhtachi District Court for Criminal Cases, at the building of Sector 3 in "Mirza Salimiy" mahalla.
⚖️ During the open court hearing, administrative offense cases compiled during preliminary inquiries by the prevention inspectors of the Pakhtachi District Department of Internal Affairs were examined.
During the trial proceedings, the administrative offense cases were thoroughly reviewed, and appropriate decisions were rendered for each instance. This practice serves to prevent offenses, raise citizens' legal awareness, and avert the commission of repeated offenses in the future.
📚 Essence and Significance of the Decree Explained At the conclusion of the court session, Judge D. Eshmatov engaged in an open dialogue with the participants, explaining in detail the essence and significance of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated August 14, 2026, "On the 'Justice–2030' Strategy — Building a People-Oriented and Just Judicial System Reliably Protecting Human Rights in New Uzbekistan."
During the discussion, particular emphasis was placed on reliably protecting human rights and freedoms, restoring violated rights, ensuring justice, and strengthening a people-centered approach within the judicial system.
