Adminstration of the Pakhtachinsky District, Samarkand Region

The Head of the Samarkand Regional Department of the "Uzcomnazorat" Inspection under the Ministry of Digital Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in cooperation with the Pakhtachi District Khokimiyat, conducted a regular mobile public reception for physical and legal entities at the President's People's Reception Office in Pakhtachi district.

During the mobile reception, issues and questions raised by citizens were addressed regarding: ➖ Quality of Internet services; ➖ Mobile communication service matters; ➖ Quality of television and radio broadcasting services; ➖ Quality of postal services.

Appropriate explanations were provided for the inquiries received during the reception, and certain problems were resolved on the spot. Issues requiring further study and additional time were placed under supervision and forwarded to executing organizations.
