For information: It was decided to reduce the 2,616 appeals received in the 1st half of 2026 by 2 times, that is, to 1,308.
However, when analyzing the number of appeals from July 1 to July 31, it was found that the given instructions were not fully implemented by the responsible leaders.
Although the target indicator for the district in July was set at 207 applications, during this period, 516 applications were received by the President's virtual and People's Reception, which is 309 or 149 percent more than the forecast.
