Today's briefing will be dedicated to ensuring the stability of families, preventing divorces, as well as the work being done in Pakhtachi district and the results achieved in this direction.
Family is the most important and sacred link of society. In our country, strengthening the institution of the family, establishing a healthy spiritual environment, early identification of conflicting families and targeted work with them is one of the priorities of the state policy.
For this purpose, systematic work is being carried out together with the district administration, Department of Family and Women, neighborhoods, law enforcement agencies and partner organizations.
Actions taken
In accordance with the indicators set for 2026, it is planned to work with 99 people on strengthening the institution of the family, ensuring the stability of the social and spiritual environment, and early identification of conflict families in the neighborhoods and returning them to a healthy lifestyle.
In 2025, practical work was carried out with 125 citizens in this direction.

In the first quarter, the plan consisted of 7 people, worked with 7 people, and the plan was 100% fulfilled.
In the II quarter, the plan was 18 people, and in practice, 18 people worked with it, and the indicator was fulfilled by 100%.
Also, effective work is being done to prepare young people for marriage.
It is planned to attract 938 young people to studies for 2026.

Analysis of differences
According to the results of the first half of 2026, the number of rulings in Pakhtachi district decreased from 116 in the same period of 2025 to 104 in 2026.
As a result, the number of rulings decreased by 12 or 10.3 percent.
This is the result of preventive works, reconciliation commissions established in neighborhoods, women's activists, intellectuals, and the cooperation of official organizations.

Future priorities
In the future, work will be strengthened in the following directions:
early identification of conflict families and individual work with them;
strengthen the activities of the neighborhood "seven";
expansion of reconciliation work with the participation of psychologists, mediators and luminaries;
increase the coverage of marriage preparation courses for young people;
targeted support for families in need of social protection;
working on the basis of separate "road maps" for the neighborhoods where the rulings have increased;
to increase spiritual and educational activities that promote family values.

The results of the first half of 2026 show that as a result of the systematic work carried out to ensure the stability of families and prevent divorces in Pakhtachi district, the number of divorces decreased from 116 to 104, a decrease of 10.3%.
Work in this regard will be continued, and targeted measures, preventive measures, and individual work with families will be strengthened, especially in the neighborhoods where conflicts have grown.
