📝 The Ministry of Internal Affairs shall enter personal information into the register within 3 working days from the date of entry into legal force of the conviction of persons found guilty of committing corruption-related crimes.
Information on persons found guilty of committing corruption-related crimes in the electronic register shall be stored for the term of conviction established by the Criminal Code.
⚡️The following restrictions shall be established for persons included in the electronic register:
➡️entry into civil service and awarding with state awards;
➡️nomination of a candidate for elected and specially appointed positions;
➡️membership of public councils and interdepartmental collegial bodies under state bodies;
➡️Participate as a participant in public procurements and public-private partnership agreements of entrepreneurs founded by him and in which he owns more than 50 percent of the share in the authorized fund;
➡️Work in leadership positions in organizations with a state share of more than 50 percent and in state educational institutions.
