🍃 Each tree and flower sapling planted within the framework of the "Green Space" nationwide project is a priceless heritage left to future generations, a guarantee of clean air and green life. And preserving it is not only a legal obligation, but also the highest human virtue.

Unfortunately, there are cases of damage to planted seedlings due to grazing livestock near automobiles and railways by some citizens. During the surveillance and raid activities conducted by the state inspectors of the Department of Ecology and Climate Change of the Pakhtachi district, it was found that fruit seedlings planted near the railway by a citizen living in the Istiklol neighborhood were damaged by livestock.

In this case, an administrative case was initiated against the offender under Part 1 of Article 79 of the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Administrative Responsibility, and the amount of damage caused to the flora and fauna and the fine was set at 12 million 772 thousand soums.
