The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 125 dated March 30, 2026 established the procedure for notifying the bodies of the State Road Safety Service about the transfer of responsibility for violation of traffic rules to persons who have received the right to drive vehicles.
According to the Resolution, from April 1, 2026, it will be possible to notify the bodies of the State Road Safety Service about the transfer of responsibility for violation of traffic rules to persons who have received the right to drive and use the relevant transport on the basis of civil law relations.
According to the regulations approved by the Resolution, notification is carried out through the YAIDXP (my.gov.uz) or the mobile application of the Traffic Safety Service of the Department of Public Safety.
To use the notification service, the vehicle owner fills out a questionnaire by opening a personal account in the YAIDXP or a mobile application and indicates the period of granting the right to drive.
By approving the questionnaire, the person who has received the right to drive confirms his consent to the issuance of a decision on the imposition of a fine against him in the future via an electronic digital signature or
A fee of 10 percent of the MHM is charged for the notification service.
Also, this resolution establishes that, in accordance with the amendments made to the legislation, the registration certificate of a motor vehicle will be issued for a period of 5 years.
