There are 51 apartment buildings in Pakhtachi district, of which 26 were built in 1971-1980, and the remaining 25 were built and commissioned in 2018-2024. There are a total of 1,387 apartments in 51 apartment buildings, with a population of 4,854.
2 management service companies operate to service apartment buildings in the district.
In particular: “ZIYOVUDDIN SUV-SOZ” LLC management service company provides services to 32 multi-apartment buildings (514 apartments) and “ZIYOVUDDIN SANTEXKOM KHIZMAT” LLC management service company provides services to 19 multi-apartment buildings (873 apartments).
In accordance with the preliminary targeted program for the implementation of Appendix 2 to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ-5152 dated June 19, 2021, on the comprehensive and current repair of apartment buildings in the Samarvand region in 2024 at the expense of management service companies and sponsors, current repair works were carried out on 8a-house on Mirzo Ulugbek Street, Istiqlol Mahalla, Pakhtachi District, and 7-8-houses on Ibin Sino Street, Yangiabad Mahalla, totaling 1,480 m2 of facade sections, and 8 (970 m2) of entrance corridors were repaired and finishing works were carried out by the management service company “ZIYOVUDDIN SUV-SOZ” LLC.
Within the framework of the above-mentioned initial targeted program, in 2025, it is planned to carry out current repairs of the facades, 11 entrance corridors, and wall sections of houses 5-6 located on Mirzo Ulugbek Street, Istiqlol Mahalla, Pakhtachi District, and Ibin Sino Street, Yangiabad Mahalla, by the management service company “ZIYOVUDDIN SUV-SOZ” LLC.
In order to spend the autumn-winter season 2024-2025 without damage, a number of existing main and auxiliary electrical wiring in apartment buildings was inspected in the fall by management service companies and specialists from district electric networks, and electrical wiring requiring repair was repaired. For example, a total of 26 auxiliary electrical wiring was repaired in houses 8a, 124, 126, 130 on Mirzo Ulugbek Street in the Istiqlol neighborhood and 21, 22 on Khamid Olimjon Street in the Amir Temur neighborhood.
The national project "Green Space" in the fall of 2025 planted 230 fruit and ornamental tree seedlings in the areas adjacent to apartment buildings by management service companies.
