Speaker: Head of the District Youth Affairs Department Muhammadiyev Oktam Eshmamatovich
Dear participants of the meeting!
In today's briefing, I will provide information about the work being carried out in our district to involve unorganized youth in sports and health-improving activities and the registration process within the framework of the “Five Initiative Olympics”.
First of all, in order to guide young people to a healthy lifestyle and organize their free time meaningfully, large-scale work is being carried out in our district. Sports competitions, health-improving activities and various sports clubs are organized in the neighborhoods, and special attention is paid to attracting unorganized youth.
Youth leaders are conducting targeted work with unorganized youth in each neighborhood, studying their interests and directing them to sports and other useful areas.
Also, youth registration is being carried out systematically within the framework of the "Five Initiatives Olympics". To date, a total of 58,858 young people have been registered in our district through a special platform.
Of these,
44,307 people registered for sports,
1,945 for modern professions,
3,218 for culture and art,
2,998 for reading,
2,824 for cybersports,
2,761 for intellectual games,
805 for adaptive games.
These indicators show that our youth are increasingly interested in various fields, especially sports.
In conclusion, in the future, our priority will be to fully involve unorganized youth, widely involve them in sports and health activities, and further increase their participation in the "Five Initiative Olympics".
I urge all of you to further intensify work in this area.
Thank you for your attention!
