Hello, Dear fellow citizens and social media followers!
Under the leadership of our esteemed President, major reforms are being implemented in all areas in our country.
Today, ensuring peace and tranquility in our society is the common duty of each of us. The issue of preventing crime, especially being aware of cybercrimes, is one of the most urgent problems of our time.
Today, I am sending you my preventive and warning appeal at the end of each month regarding the criminogenic situation in our district.
Let me take this opportunity to briefly provide information about the criminogenic situation in our district.
In February of this year, 55 crimes were recorded in the district, which is the same as last year.

Dear fellow citizens, the increase in cybercrime in recent years urges all of us to be vigilant, fraudsters are trying to exploit the trust of citizens through phone calls, fake SMS messages, and false advertisements on social networks. Requesting bank card information, false messages saying "your account has been blocked" or "you have won" are the most common fraud methods.
In this regard, I urge you to strictly adhere to the following.
- do not give anyone your bank card number, PIN code, and confirmation codes received via SMS;
- do not click on unknown links and do not trust suspicious advertisements;
- check the information several times before transferring money via the Internet;
- monitor your children's use of the phone and the Internet;
- if you encounter suspicious situations, immediately contact the automated number 102 or 112 of the internal affairs bodies.
Dear residents of the district, the fight against crime is not only the task of law enforcement agencies. This is a common cause that depends on the vigilance, responsibility and non-indifference of every citizen. Through awareness, caution and respect for the law, we can prevent crimes and create a safe environment for our children.
Dear residents of our district, in conclusion of my address, I call on all of you to be vigilant, to be uncompromising in relation to lawlessness and to preserve our peaceful life together.
Thank you for your attention.
