Summary of the work carried out by the Pakhtachi District Council of People's Deputies in 2025
The Pakhtachi District Council of People's Deputies carried out systematic and effective work within the framework of its powers in 2025.
Over the past year, 16 sessions were held at the district Council. A total of 133 decisions were made at these sessions.
At the sessions of the Pakhtachi District Council of People's Deputies, 40 reports and 14 information were heard within the framework of the activities of the executive authorities and other responsible organizations.
These indicators indicate that the Council has established effective control over the activities of executive bodies, and reports and information from officials on current issues are regularly discussed.
The fact that during 2025, the Pakhtachi District Council of People's Deputies of the Yakor district did not observe any cases of cancellation of decisions made by the district khokim and the Council
indicates that the decisions made by the district khokim and the Pakhtachi District Council of People's Deputies are being made in accordance with the requirements of current legislation, in a thorough and reasonable manner.
The Yakor district Council of People's Deputies carried out systematic work on discussing laws included in the agenda of plenary sessions of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan and promoting the content and essence of newly adopted laws.
These events served to ensure public participation in the lawmaking process, to widely explain the adopted laws among the population and to increase their practical significance.
Systematic measures were taken to ensure the openness and transparency of the sessions of the Yakor district Council, as well as to inform the general public about the adopted decisions.
Anchor During the year, a total of 16 sessions were held, all sessions were covered online in the media, and no closed sessions were held. Anchor
27 draft resolutions were submitted for public discussion, and 133 Council resolutions were published through the “E-Council (E-decision)” system.
During the reporting period, a total of 11 normative-legal resolutions were adopted, and all 11 normative-legal resolutions underwent legal examination in the prescribed manner.
These indicators indicate that special attention is paid to ensuring openness, legality, and public participation in the activities of the Council.
AnchorDuring 2025, a total of 131 deputy requests were sent by deputies of the Pakhtachi District Council of People's Deputies to state bodies and organizations within the scope of their powers.

The above figures indicate that the institute of deputy inquiries is working effectively, and that state bodies are responding to the legitimate demands of deputies in a timely and complete manner.
During 2025, Yakor organized a total of 109 meetings and 98 meetings of local Kengash deputies with their voters to provide information.
During the meetings, the problems identified were resolved positively, along with legal understanding and proposals.
Yakor received a total of 116 appeals from legal entities and individuals. According to the results of their consideration:
-56 appeals were resolved positively;
-12 appeals were rejected;
-48 appeals were explained;
-no appeals were recorded in the review process.
These results indicate that deputies are conducting an open and effective dialogue with the population, and appeals are being considered in a timely manner and in accordance with the law.
