Hello, dear Pakhtachiliklar!
In order to ensure the implementation of a number of important Resolutions of our Honorable President on creating a safe environment in neighborhoods, as well as related to the activities of the Internal Affairs bodies, I am sending a “preventive-warning appeal” on the criminogenic situation in our district.
Our main goal in sending this “preventive-warning appeal” is to warn the residents of our district about the criminogenic situation and to minimize the likelihood of you, dear ones, becoming victims of crimes.
Taking this opportunity, I would like to briefly touch upon the criminogenic situation in our district.
As a result of the measures taken at the end of the first month of this year, the following preventable crimes were prevented in the district: Murder, causing serious bodily harm, defamation, domestic violence, robbery, assault, fraud, hooliganism, and carjacking.
The number of crimes detected directly at the initiative of our employees has improved by 100 percent.
As a result of measures aimed at creating a safe environment in the neighborhoods,
- Crimes were prevented in 42 out of 51 neighborhoods.
Also, none of the neighborhoods fell into the "red" category.
Currently, comprehensive measures are being implemented to curb the criminal situation in these neighborhoods.
During the first month, 12 operational search operations were carried out in cooperation with law enforcement agencies, and a total of 3 crimes were uncovered.
3 wanted persons were detained, an improvement over the previous year.
2 minors who were left unattended and unsupervised in the neighborhoods were identified and placed in a social and legal assistance center.
A total of 32
parents were subject to administrative sanctions for failing to fulfill their obligations to educate and raise their children.
17 mentally ill persons, drug and alcohol addicts who were on preventive records were placed in compulsory treatment.
In addition, more than 67 outreach events were held in the field with representatives of relevant sectors to prevent cybercrimes.
Along with the work done, systematic work is being organized to identify some problematic issues and eliminate them.
As information technologies are developing day by day and the capabilities of the Internet are increasing, new types of crimes and cybercrimes are emerging.
Many measures are being taken to prevent cybercrimes, but unfortunately, we are still unable to provide the necessary understanding to our population through propaganda work in this direction.
A total of 4 cybercrimes were recorded this year, the main part of which is cyber theft (2) and cyber fraud (2).
The most effective way to get rid of this threat is for our citizens to form a "cyber culture" against cybercrimes and learn to protect themselves from these crimes.
In layman's terms, we should not trust various advertisements and messages distributed through social networks.
If you receive a call from an unfamiliar number asking for your personal information or are told that your bank card is being attacked, you must call the bank's hotlines and clarify the situation.
Dear Pakhtachilik!
I would like to dwell on another serious issue.
Today, cases related to the illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances are also increasing day by day. These crimes are especially widespread among our youth.
As a result of the operational measures taken, 1 criminal case was detected this year alone, and the illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs was stopped.
We must all fight the scourge of drug addiction together!
Dear Pakhtachiliks, be more attentive to your children! If you notice a change in their behavior, behavior, and actions, you should immediately take measures to prevent this, do not be indifferent, contact the relevant authorities in a timely manner!
Dear Pakhtachiliks,
In general, all measures being implemented today under the leadership of the Head of State are aimed at ensuring that our people live a peaceful and safe life.
Therefore, together with partner organizations and representatives of the general public, we must set specific tasks for crime prevention and further intensify measures to prevent crime and offenses in our district,
- combat crime,
- create a safe environment in neighborhoods.
In implementing these works, we will certainly rely on representatives of the general public and you, our dear citizens.
In conclusion, I would like to thank you,
