BRIEFING: On social, legal, psychological and medical assistance provided to women included in the Women's Registry

The population of Pakhtachi district is 149,972, of which 75,302 are women, 43,425 are women of childbearing age, there are 46,824 families, and families with disabled people in need are receiving targeted assistance from the Women's and Youth Registry. Of these, 4,198 women have been included in the 6th stage of the "Women's Registry", and material, moral, social, psychological and medical assistance is being provided to women in need.
A number of works are being carried out to improve the socio-spiritual environment in families and prevent negative situations among women. In the district, family divorces decreased by 15 people in 2025 from 224 people (209 people in 2024). If we analyze by neighborhood, the number of divorces increased by 5 in Mirzo Ulugbek MFY, by 7 in Zarafshon MFY, and by 5 in Istiqlol MFY. In order to prevent family separations and form national values in families: from July, August, and September, 159 round and individual conversations were held on the topics “Our values are our priceless wealth!”, “Ahil oila”, “Oila muqaddas”, “Kaynona kelin munosaabaatlari”, “Established family”, “Ibratli oila”, “My mother-in-law is mine - my daughter-in-law is my child”.
Traveling receptions were held for women entrepreneurs together with the Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry. 135 individual interviews were conducted together with the District Department of Family and Women and community activists, and 68 families on the verge of divorce were reconciled.
4,198 women were included in the 6th stage of the “Women's Book”.
Out of 2,562 women included in the Category 1 Unemployed category, 2,562 women were provided with employment.
Out of 107 women included in the Category 2 Entrepreneurial Aspiring category, 107 were allocated loans worth 1.979 million soums.
491 women who lost their breadwinners in Category 3 were allocated one-time financial assistance of 750 thousand soums, totaling 220 million 950 thousand soums, and 5 women who were included in the additional category were allocated 25 million soums for the repair of their homes.
Category 4 700 women in need of social assistance with disabilities of groups I and II, as well as urgent medical treatment, were allocated one-time financial assistance of 750 thousand soums, totaling 525 million soums, and 8 women who were included in the additional category were allocated 40 million soums for the repair of their homes.
Category 5 Women in Need of Housing, paragraph 5.2 "Women who received rent compensation payments were 10, each of whom received 450 thousand soums, a total of 22 million 500 thousand soums in rent.
Category 6 Women with dependent children with disabilities were 328, 551 of whom received 750 thousand soums in material assistance, a total of 246 million soums, in category 6.1, 8 people who want to use their plots effectively, all of whom received seeds and seedlings worth 2 million soums.
A Family Center has been established in the district and women are being provided with legal and psychological assistance on various issues.

Based on the Saixunabad experience, 445 women were trained. (in beekeeping, poultry farming, greenhouses, fishing, sewing, quail farming and other areas)
812 unemployed women who wanted to work were recruited for permanent jobs.
2116 women were allocated preferential loans of 57 billion 662 million for entrepreneurship.
Leading women entrepreneurs were trained to earn an income by recruiting 116 needy women.
Small production workshops were established in 4 households.
3543 women were employed in the silk industry.
68 women were trained in forestry and tree and flower seedlings, and cultivation.
Based on the "master-student" tradition, 82 women were given employment was ensured by connecting women.
5 women registered in the women's register who lost their breadwinners had their children circumcised, and each child received a bicycle, a scooter, and 2 of our women who are seamstresses were given sewing machines.
