Work being carried out by management service companies to provide quality services to citizens living in apartment buildings

There are 54 apartment buildings in Pakhtachi district, of which 26 were built in 1971-1980, and the remaining 28 were built and commissioned in 2018-2025. There are a total of 1,521 apartments in 54 apartment buildings.
2 management service companies are operating in the district to provide services to apartment buildings.
In particular: “ZIYOVUDDIN SUV-SOZ” LLC management service company provides services to 33 multi-apartment buildings (593 apartments) and “ZIYOVUDDIN SANTEXKOM KHIZMAT” LLC management service company provides services to 21 multi-apartment buildings (928 apartments).
In order to ensure the implementation of Appendix 2 to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ-5152 dated June 19, 2021, the current repair work of 11 entrance corridors, along with the facades of houses No. 126 on Mirzo Ulugbek Street in the Istiqlol neighborhood, No. 6 on Ibin Sino Street in the Yangiabad neighborhood, and No. 17 on Temir Yol Street in the same neighborhood, as indicated in the initial targeted program for the complete and current repair of apartment buildings in the Pakhtachi district in 2025 at the expense of management service companies and sponsors, has been completed by the management service company “ZIYOVUDDIN SUV-SOZ” LLC.
In order to ensure the implementation of Resolution No. PQ-1 approved by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, intercom equipment was installed at the main doors of the entrances of apartment buildings in the Pakhtachi district, as well as modern PTZ surveillance cameras in adjacent areas, creating a safe environment for residents living in apartment buildings.
Today, management service companies are providing owners living in apartment buildings with complete information on the organization of work in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. O`RQ-581 dated 07.11.2019 “On the Management of Apartment Buildings”, what are the main responsibilities of owners, and what types of services BSK provides.
In addition, the management service company "Ziyovuddin suv soz" LLC, together with the district administration, has begun laying a sewage network and a clean drinking water network from the ground level of 4 two-story houses located on Hamid Olimjon Street, Amir Temur Mahalla of the district. Upon completion of these works, residents living in 4 two-story houses will be provided with uninterrupted drinking water.
For information, this apartment building was built between the 1970s and 1980s, and there was no central sewage network in the apartment buildings and drinking water was supplied from street taps.
