The Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-5 dated January 4, 2024 on encouraging the services of workers of sanitary cleaning enterprises engaged in loading, transporting, placing and sorting waste and workers of landscaping departments engaged in cleaning work:
It was instructed to hold an annual "Protector of Nature" competition for employees who have served the company for the longest (at least 10 years) and most faithfully, and to pay the full amount of the contract amount to the children or grandchildren of 100 of these employees who have entered state higher educational institutions on a fee-for-service basis from the Ecological Fund.
Of these, in December 2025, contract payments worth about 21 million soums were paid to the children of 2 employees in state higher educational institutions in the Pakhtachi district of Samarkand region.
