The Law (No. О‘RQ–1092, dated 23.10.2025) introduced amendments and supplements to the “Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan”.
According to the amendments to the Code, a person who has served the sentence for a crime committed before reaching the age of eighteen is considered not to have been convicted.
This is excepted in cases of especially serious crimes or intentional commission of a new crime before reaching the age of eighteen after serving the sentence for the crime committed.
Also, the minimum term of restriction of liberty and deprivation of liberty for minors is six to one month
