A grand event was held in Pakhtachi district on this date. In accordance with the resolution of the United Nations General Assembly of October 14, 1992, December 3 is celebrated annually as the International Day of Persons with Disabilities.
The main goal of this day is to support the rights and interests of persons with disabilities in all spheres of society and to increase public attention to their urgent problems.
The district governor, Kayum Khushbakov, attended the event in Pakhtachi, welcomed the participants and expressed his sincere wishes. As part of the event, a number of citizens with disabilities were presented with souvenirs and material assistance.
