In recent years, large-scale work has been carried out in our country to green up, protect plants, and expand green spaces.
Planting seedlings and creating gardens is one of the ancient values of our people. After all, thanks to the improvement and greening of the place where we live, our hearts are filled with joy, our lives become fruitful and prosperous.
At the same time, trees growing in parks, streets, and roadsides not only add beauty to the surroundings, but also provide clean air and fill our tables with fruits.
Caring for trees and caring for them is considered the most noble and good deed. Planting seedlings, creating gardens, and keeping the environment clean and tidy is a national value of our people that has stood the test of time. After all, our ancestors planted a sapling in the ground for a newborn child in the family. The child grew up with that tree.
So, the exemplary past of our people encourages us to treat nature wisely in the environment we live in, to preserve it, and to create a comfortable place for future generations to live.
The instructions of our Honorable President on the implementation of the national project “Green Space” in October 2025 have become a tradition, mainly in the framework of the national project “Green Space” to plant 90 thousand trees in the fall every year. This year, in the fall, 90 thousand trees will be planted in all sectors of our country, including 85 thousand trees by you, farmers and other representatives of the agricultural sector, in field edges, orchards and new orchards.
The implementation of the national project “Green Space” is a time when the number of nurseries will increase to select seedlings suitable for the climate of each region and require less water.
Based on the experience of previous years, a “40-day urgent” period for planting seedlings has been announced in our country from November 8 to December 18.
It should be noted that in the autumn of last year and the spring of this year, more than a million seedlings were planted in neighborhoods, on the edges of the fields of our farmers and dehkans, and in the households of residents. Of course, many organizations, neighborhoods, and the general public, as well as you, our hardworking dehkans and farmers, have a worthy share in this meritorious work.
Dear farmers!
During the “40 Days of Urgent Action”, you too can contribute to the national project “Green Space” by planting mulberry, vine, and other tree seedlings on the empty lands on the edges of your fields.
For this, there are more than 50 million mulberry, vine, willow, walnut, and other tree seedlings in one and a half thousand farmer-dehkan farms in our country that grow seedlings.
If you cooperate with them, you will make your worthy contribution to the green world of our country.
Hardworking farmers!
By special resolutions of our esteemed President, starting this year, land has been allocated for dehkan farms from areas freed from cotton and grain, and you have started to receive income from these lands from this year.
We call on you to organize the planting of mulberry, vine and other seedlings on the edges of fields and at the beginning of the street, making efficient use of every inch of land, as part of the implementation of the principle of “One contour - one product”.
Dear chairmen of the regional councils!
Provide information on providing farms and farmers with guaranteed quality mulberry, vine and other seedlings.
Organize explanatory work on providing farmers and dehkans with preferential loans from the funds of the Fund under the Council for the purchase of seedlings!
Actively participate in organizing work on creating a system for tree care, irrigation, and protection from pests, together with local khokimiyats;
In order to ensure the supply of seedlings and the stability of prices, we call on you to actively participate in organizing seedling sales fairs and stalls in each district center for the systematic delivery of vine, mulberry and other fruit tree seedlings grown at the "Scientific and Practical Center for the Development of Kuva Homestead Land" and "Yangiyol Centers" under the Council to farmers and peasants.
