On April 24, 1997, Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 400-I “On guarantees and freedom of access to information” was adopted.

Any copy of information (any information or messages quotation in media) published on the Governmental portal of the Republic of Uzbekistan (hereinafter the Portal) is allowed with provision a link to the source of such information.

Information materials directly accessible from the Portal are the state property of the Republic of Uzbekistan unless another is not established by the law on information, informatization and information security. These indicated informational materials containing the available public information are subject to protection under the copyright and related rights laws. These indicated information materials could not be regarded as the object to be used for commercial purposes.

Internet user leaves the Portal when going to the hyperlink from the Portal to external resources. The Portal is not responsible for accuracy and currency of information published on the external information resources as well as an update of relevant information on those resources.

Individuals and juridical persons who want to place the hyperlink to the Portal (including directory entries, categories, graphic banners, etc.) on their own information resources have to obtain the permission of the Group of Information support and development of the Governmental Portal of the Republic of Uzbekistan at the UZINFOCOM.

Owners of information resources that placed hyperlinks to the Portal:

• have no right to indicate the incorrect information related to provided hyperlinks to the Portal;
• have no right to publish information or other materials not relevant to the Portal's purposes and principles of activities on a sites containing the hyperlink to the Portal.

Issues related to use of information published on the Portal or the terms of this Notice may be directed to the Group of Information support and development of the Governmental Portal of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
