Adminstration of the Almazar District, Tashkent City

Systematic work is being carried out by the local government to implement the instructions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the comprehensive development of the regions. Within this framework, a World Bank delegation visited Olmazor district.

During the visit, foreign experts, accompanied by responsible officials from the Olmazor district administration, thoroughly studied the current state, infrastructure, and tourism potential of the 'Old City' area.

In line with the key priorities for developing the capital, it is planned to create a unified concept and a portfolio of promising projects for this area by attracting leading foreign companies. Joint consultations and expert studies with international partners help create a modern and comfortable urban environment for the city's residents and visitors while preserving the unique historical character of the 'Old City.'
