In order to ensure the implementation of the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 24, 2024 No. PP-454 "On Measures for the Development of Social and Production Infrastructure of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2025 - 2027," a number of works are being carried out in the Republic of Karakalpakstan.
In particular, reconstruction work is underway on the D234 (4R176) "Nukus - Chimbay - Takhtakupir" highway, passing through the territory of the city of Nukus, in the interval 0 - 14.3 km. Currently, asphalt paving works are being carried out on the 6th-7th km of the highway. The reconstruction work was carried out by the State Institution for the Regular Operation of the Kipchak Roads, which involved a total of 10 units of special equipment and more than 15 workers.
