Addressing the results of the reforms being implemented in the region, the head of state noted that the economy grew by 8.8% in the first half of this year. Positive growth is also observed in industry, services, and investments. At the same time, it was emphasized that the most important criterion is how these indicators are reflected in the daily life of each family.

Although land and natural resources are limited in Andijan, there is a dynamic population, a strong entrepreneurial spirit, a large number of young people, an established industrial school, and a large market. In recent years, budget funds and credit resources allocated to the region have significantly increased, and local leaders have been granted broad powers. Now, it is necessary to transform these opportunities into high-income jobs and the well-being of the population.
