Record Achievement: 153 Graduates Awarded Gold Medals in Nukus

The large-scale reforms implemented in the educational sphere of our country are yielding practical results. Thanks to the initiative and constant attention of our President, the general secondary education system has risen to a qualitatively new level, creating broad opportunities for the younger generation to receive modern education and fully demonstrate their potential.

The vivid results of such reforms are also clearly manifested in the case of the city of Nukus. Today, 55 general secondary education schools operate in the city, providing quality education and upbringing to thousands of students.

According to the results of the 2025–2026 academic year, 5,647 students successfully graduated from general education schools in the city. Among them, 153 graduates were awarded gold medals, and 9 were awarded silver medals. This indicator represents a significant increase compared to the previous academic year. In particular, while 166 graduates were awarded gold medals in the 2024–2025 academic year, high results were maintained this year as well, reaffirming the consistent development of the city's education system.

Additionally, 189 graduates had the privilege of becoming students ahead of schedule at prestigious higher education institutions in our country and foreign nations. This is the result of young people's aspiration for knowledge, the selfless work of teachers, and the support of parents.

Today, an award ceremony for the graduates took place at the Nukus City Administration. During the event, the Hokim (Mayor) of the city, A. Daniyarov, solemnly presented the state awards to the gold medal recipients.

During the event, the city Hokim engaged in a warm conversation with the graduates, sincerely congratulating them on entering a crucial stage of their lives—independent life. In his speech, he emphasized that the development of our country is inextricably linked with knowledgeable, patriotic, highly spiritual, initiative-taking, and dedicated youth, calling on them to mobilize their acquired knowledge and potential for the prosperity of the Motherland and the well-being of the people.

Today, the high achievements of Nukus graduates are a clear reflection of the great attention paid to education in our country, the hard work of teachers, and the youth's thirst for knowledge. These achievements inspire confidence that the city's education system will continue to conquer even higher peaks in the future.
