Nukus athlete secures table tennis gold at Women's Olympiad

A table tennis player from Nukus has won a gold medal at the national stage of the "Women's Olympiad of New Uzbekistan", representing the Republic of Karakalpakstan.

Gulkhan Zhalgasbaeva, a resident of the Samanbay neighborhood in Nukus, secured first place after surpassing all her opponents in the tournament.

Her victory contributed to a strong overall performance by the Karakalpakstan regional team at the country-wide sporting event.
