Dear residents of Nishon District and representatives of the mass media, greetings!

Today, our country attaches great importance to ensuring openness and transparency, supporting freedom of speech, increasing public access to information about the activities of government bodies, and establishing effective dialogue with the population.

In this regard, the primary objective of the Information Service of the Nishon District Hokimiyat is to provide the public with timely, objective, and reliable information about reforms, development initiatives, socio-economic progress, achievements, and pressing issues affecting residents. Another key priority is to strengthen open communication between the district hokimiyat and the local community.

Currently, under the leadership of Kashkadarya Regional Hokim Murotjon Azimov and Nishon District Hokim Botir Tog‘ayev, and in line with the initiatives of the President of our country, a range of measures are being implemented to promote the comprehensive development of Nishon District, improve living standards, create new jobs, support entrepreneurship, upgrade infrastructure, and improve public spaces.

It is essential to widely cover ongoing activities, new projects and initiatives, and positive changes in people's lives across education, healthcare, youth policy, sports, culture, agriculture, entrepreneurship, employment, and social protection. Timely and accurate information about these developments raises public awareness, encourages support for constructive initiatives, and contributes to finding solutions to existing problems.

Dear residents and representatives of the mass media,

I invite you to actively cooperate in bringing greater public attention to the developments, construction and improvement projects, economic and social progress, achievements, and issues directly affecting the lives of people in Nishon District.

Particular attention should be given to highlighting the district's opportunities, proactive and hardworking individuals who have achieved success through their efforts, new employment opportunities, investment projects, and the achievements of young people. This will help demonstrate the potential of our district to a wider audience. At the same time, objectively examining the problems affecting residents, considering their proposals and initiatives, and bringing these matters to the attention of relevant organizations and responsible officials should remain important areas of our cooperation.

I encourage representatives of the mass media to work closely with the Information Service when covering activities in the district, focus on relevant and pressing issues, and maintain communication with the service to verify information and obtain comments from responsible officials. In turn, the Information Service is ready to cooperate with journalists and bloggers in accordance with established procedures, including in relation to their lawful inquiries, proposals, and initiatives.

I also encourage residents to share their suggestions concerning district affairs, important initiatives, pressing issues, and topics that deserve public attention. Your opinions and proposals are valuable in ensuring broader coverage of developments in the district and drawing attention to matters that affect the interests of the community.

Residents can also submit their appeals and suggestions through the Telegram bot @Nishon_t_murojaatbot. Depending on the nature of the submissions, the relevant issues are examined in cooperation with the responsible organizations. Within the scope of its authority, the Information Service also helps publicize these matters and keeps the community informed about measures being taken to address them.

I would like to emphasize that the work of the Information Service goes beyond simply reporting on activities and achievements. One of its key responsibilities is to facilitate effective information exchange between residents and government bodies, clarify issues of public concern, bring important topics to the forefront, and promote objective and accurate coverage of events taking place in the district.

I am confident that, through cooperation with residents, journalists, bloggers, and partner organizations based on mutual trust and a shared commitment, we can provide broader coverage of the changes taking place in Nishon District, draw public attention to existing challenges, and make a meaningful contribution to the development of our community.
