Adminstration of the Nishan District, Kashkadarya Region

The Chairman of the Nishan District Council of People’s Deputies U. Usmonov, Head of the Council Secretariat A. Bekkamov, and deputies of the Nishan District Council of People’s Deputies conducted an explanatory meeting for the heads of district organizations and institutions on important issues.

During the meeting, detailed explanations were provided regarding the content and significance of Decree No. PF-6247 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh.M. Mirziyoyev “On additional measures to ensure the openness of the activities of state bodies and organizations, as well as to effectively implement public oversight.”

Particular attention was paid to ensuring openness and transparency in the activities of state bodies and organizations, strengthening public oversight, preventing corruption, and avoiding conflicts of interest.

The heads of all organizations and institutions operating within the district were provided with relevant recommendations on communicating the requirements in this area to their employees, organizing awareness-raising activities to prevent corruption and taking measures to avoid conflicts of interest.

At the end of the meeting, the importance of improving the legal knowledge of managers and responsible employees, as well as strictly adhering to the principles of legality, integrity, openness and transparency in official activities, was emphasized.
