Sonect Officially Announces Its Expansion into Uzbekistan

During the Global Business Services Forum (GBSF) 2026, Sherzod Shermatov, Minister of Digital Technologies of Uzbekistan and Ekaterina Osina, CEO of Sonect, discussed the practical launch of the company's operations and its long-term plans in Uzbekistan.
Sonect's decision to enter the Uzbek market follows a series of negotiations previously held in Moscow and Tashkent. During GBSF 2026, the company officially announced both its rebranding and the launch of its operations in Uzbekistan.
The meeting focused on establishing the company's operational center, evaluating locations in Tashkent, Samarkand, and Fergana, developing local talent, and leveraging the support mechanisms available through the IT Park ecosystem for export-oriented BPO operations.
Sonect's expansion marks another important milestone in IT Park Uzbekistan's efforts to attract leading international BPO companies and further strengthens Uzbekistan's position as a growing regional hub for global business services.
