The forum brings together more than 450 leaders of international companies, investors, government representatives, and industry experts from over 45 countries.
Today, July 24, the forum's opening ceremony took place. Minister of Digital Technologies Sherzod Shermatov took part in the event, noting that the broad-based reforms carried out in Uzbekistan in recent years have created a modern and competitive ecosystem for the development of the information technology sector.
The Minister noted that Uzbekistan's greatest advantage is its young and talented human capital, and pointed out that international recognition of these reforms is steadily growing — in particular, Uzbekistan was recognized as "Country of the Year 2026" for having the fastest-growing startup ecosystem.
The forum also continued with discussions on current trends in global business services. Sessions addressed the expansion of service operations, talent development, business process transformation, and the integration of artificial intelligence into global service centers. In addition, participants presented the Enterprise Uzbekistan initiative, international experience in developing the global business services ecosystem, and practical insights from Global Expertise, Antal International, Staff Atlantic, and Sonect (Teleperformance).
A number of memorandums aimed at developing Uzbekistan's global business services ecosystem and expanding international cooperation were also signed. In particular, IT Park Uzbekistan and Sonect (Teleperformance) signed a memorandum on developing cooperation in IT outsourcing and BPO, implementing joint projects, and exchanging experience.
