Advancing Digitalization and Joint Training Initiatives with Huawei ME&CA

The dialogue focused on enhancing ICT infrastructure, accelerating the digital transformation of networks, and implementing educational programs aimed at empowering youth and upskilling industry professionals.

Key discussions included the progress of initiatives undertaken with Uzbekistan’s local telecom operators under the "Digital Uzbekistan 2030" development strategy.

Emphasis was placed on advancing the ICT competencies of sector specialists and supporting young talent through educational projects based on existing ICT academies and the "Seeds for the Future" initiative. Additionally, the integration of digital technologies into local higher education institutions was highlighted.

Proposals were presented to strengthen long-term partnerships with Huawei, particularly in improving ICT infrastructure, and to further increase the role of young professionals within the IT sector.
