The meeting focused on expanding bilateral cooperation in the IT sector, promoting the international integration of local specialists, and increasing exports of digital products and services developed in Uzbekistan.
Representatives of Corporate Solutions Group reported on the growing demand for software solutions in European and United States markets. They highlighted the increasing role of artificial intelligence in reducing operational costs in the IT industry, as well as the importance of systematic training and professional development of young specialists.
The parties emphasized the need to strengthen practical training for young programmers by combining artificial intelligence with both legacy and modern technologies and advancing their competencies to senior level through participation in real-world projects.
Discussions also covered the development of the startup ecosystem, with particular attention to introducing competitive financing mechanisms and structured support through development funds, drawing on European experience. It was noted that international investors contribute not only capital but also access to global markets.
Minister Sherzod Shermatov подчеркнул, that the advancement of the IT sector, capacity building of local professionals, expansion of digital exports, and strengthening cooperation with international companies remain key priorities of Uzbekistan’s state policy.
The parties agreed to continue cooperation to implement joint initiatives, support startup projects, and position Uzbekistan as a regional hub for digital products oriented toward the European market.
