During the study, the cleanliness of apartment buildings, landscaping work, the state of waste transportation, and the quality of services provided to the population were inspected. The lighting system of the buildings, the operation of elevators, and the sanitary condition of public areas were also thoroughly studied.
Responsible persons of management service companies were given written instructions in electronic form to eliminate the shortcomings identified during the monitoring.
These studies will be continued on a regular basis in order to further improve the favorable conditions created for the population and systematically monitor the activities of PSCs.
