Inspection for Control in the Sphere of Construction and Housing and Communal Services under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan

As part of an inspection conducted in the Yakkasaray district of Tashkent, unauthorized construction and repair work was carried out on the first floor of a multi-story building located on Bogibuston Street. In particular, it was noted that the supporting walls of the building were damaged, and some barrier walls were demolished. Such unauthorized actions not only undermine the structural stability of the building, but also pose a serious threat to its seismic resistance and seismic safety. Work on the revealed fact was immediately suspended. An administrative report was drawn up against the offender, and a mandatory written instruction was issued to restore the case to its original state. ✅If this violation of the law is not eliminated by the owner within the established timeframe, it has been determined that a statement of claim will be filed with the relevant judicial bodies, and measures will be taken to compulsorily eliminate this situation.
