Inspection for Control in the Sphere of Construction and Housing and Communal Services under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan

In particular, in the territory of the "Guzal" mahalla of the Yangi Namangan district, the customer "Namangan-Istiqlol bog'i" LLC studied the construction work being carried out at the facility, the lower floors of which are designated as retail and consumer service outlets, and the upper floors as residential premises. In particular, during the control measures, it was established that, although the building was indicated as five-story in the design and estimate documentation and the conclusion of the urban planning council, in practice, the developer is arbitrarily constructing another additional floor. Administrative reports were drawn up against the responsible persons of the construction. At the same time, a mandatory written order was issued for the dismantling (demolition) of the additional floor and bringing the facility to the condition specified in the project, and construction and installation work at the facility was temporarily suspended.
