Inspection for Control in the Sphere of Construction and Housing and Communal Services under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan

In order to explain the essence and significance of the Law "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Connection with Improving the System of Ensuring Seismic Safety," signed by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on March 25, 2025, and to ensure its implementation, seminars and meetings are being organized in the regions. One such meeting was held in the Khorezm region under the leadership of the head of the Inspection for Control in the Sphere of Construction and Housing and Communal Services, Sirojiddin Eshkuvvatov. The meeting was attended by the heads of regional, district, and city khokimiyats, the regional prosecutor's office, relevant departments and organizations, construction organizations, management and service companies, as well as representatives of the regional inspection. During the event, the essence and significance of Law No. 1050 of March 25, 2025, were comprehensively explained, and its practical significance, mechanisms for its correct and effective implementation on the ground, as well as issues of identifying and preventing possible violations of the law in the construction process, were widely discussed. Also, priority tasks were identified aimed at further improving the activities of the Inspection, strengthening executive discipline in the regions, increasing the effectiveness of control, and improving cooperation between responsible organizations.
