Inspection for Control in the Sphere of Construction and Housing and Communal Services under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan

A meeting was held at the Inspection for Supervision in the Field of Construction and Housing and Communal Services, chaired by the Head of the Inspection. The meeting discussed issues of quality control of building materials, digitization of the processes of consideration of applications submitted for the start of construction work, improvement of permit procedures, and improvement of the quality of handling of appeals. In particular, the need to ensure compliance of fittings, bricks and other types of building materials used in construction sites with established standards and technical requirements, to prevent the use of low-quality products, and to further strengthen control measures in this regard was noted. Also, based on the tasks set by the Head of our state, the work carried out to digitize public services in the construction sector, simplify the processes of electronic acceptance and consideration of applications for the start of construction work, and to ensure their openness and transparency was analyzed. In addition, the work carried out to ensure timely and high-quality consideration of appeals from individuals and legal entities, a thorough study of the issues raised in them, and a legal solution to the identified problems were also discussed. At the end of the meeting, relevant instructions were given to those responsible to ensure the timely and high-quality implementation of the tasks set.
