Inspection for Control in the Sphere of Construction and Housing and Communal Services under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan

During the control, the owners of multi-apartment housing buildings observed the rules for the technical use of housing funds and established standards, the condition of common areas, the procedure for using engineering and communication networks, and the fulfillment of sanitary and technical requirements. The activities of management service companies servicing these multi-apartment buildings were also examined, as well as their compliance with the established requirements for technical maintenance of the housing fund, maintenance of common areas, and implementation of necessary repairs. Written instructions were given to the heads of management service companies regarding the shortcomings identified during the studies, and their timely elimination was monitored. Control measures are ongoing to ensure compliance with the rules for the technical operation of multi-apartment housing.
